Born January 29, 2000, Akor Jerome Adams is a Nigerian professional footballer who plays as a striker for La Liga club Sevilla and the Nigeria national team.

While he was born in Kogi State where his father worked, his family originates from Otukpa in the Ogbadibo Local Government Area of Benue State. He is of the Idoma tribe, a major ethnic group found primarily in Benue State.

Early life and background: Adams was born in Benue State, Nigeria. He grew up in Minna, Nigeria. He attended Federal Government College (FGC), Minna. He began his football journey at Jamba Football Academy in Nigeria.
