Career:

 Fredrick is a product of the Simoiben Football Academy, founded by fellow Nigerian professional footballer Moses Simon. He began his senior career with ABS FC in 2021-22, where he made his debut in February 2022 and earned a Man of the Match award. He later played for Nigeria Professional Football League side Nasarawa United before joining Brentford.

In August 2023, he initially joined Premier League side Brentford on loan, with the option for a permanent transfer. His performances led to Brentford making the move permanent in April 2024, signing him on a four-year contract. He was named in the Brentford first-team match day squad in January 2024 for an FA Cup tie.

In July 2025, Fredrick joined Belgian Pro League club Dender EH on a season-long loan from Brentford. As of October 2025, he has made 10 appearances for FCV Dender EH in the Belgian Pro League.
