Daniel Tolulope Olatunji, known professionally as Danboskid is a Nigerian model, actor, entrepreneur, and reality television personality who was born on 8 April 2000 in Ekiti State, Nigeria. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics from Ekiti State University. He comes from a family of six and was raised in Abuja before moving to Lagos.
Though he has found success in modeling, his background wasn’t always glamorous; he once worked in construction to make ends meet. Danboskid gained prominence in the pageant world, with several significant achievements:
Mr. Ideal Abuja (2023): He won the Abuja regional pageant.
Mr. Ideal Nigeria (2024): He went on to win the national title.
Mister Africa International: He was the first runner-up in the international pageant.
As a model, he has worked with various fashion and fitness brands, which has contributed to his confidence in front of the camera.
He is an aspiring actor who has appeared in commercials for brands like Globacom and featured in one of Davido’s music videos. Following his time on Big Brother Naija, he has stated his intention to pursue acting more seriously.

Danboskid entered the Big Brother Naija house in July 2025. He became the first housemate to be evicted from the season, receiving one of the lowest vote counts in the first eviction show in August 2025.
