Nigerian celebrity chef, entrepreneur, actress, and a two-time Guinness World Record holder Effiong Bassey popularly known as Hilda Baci was on born September 20, 199 in Nsit Ubium, Akwa Ibom State. She is from the Ibibio ethnic group.
