Jerry Afriyie was born on December 10, 2006 in Banjul, The Gambia. His a Ghanaian professional footballer who plays as a striker; standing at 1.80m (5 ft 11 in), he is considered one of Ghana’s most promising young talents.

Career: Afriyie began his career playing domestic football in Ghana for Thoughts FC. Move to Saudi Arabia: On January 23, 2025, he signed a three-year deal with Saudi Pro League club Al-Qadsiah. Shortly after joining Al-Qadsiah, he was loaned out to Spanish Primera Federación club CD Lugo on January 25, 2025. He made 10 appearances for CD Lugo, scoring 4 goals.
