Unekwuojo “Kuture” Godswill Ameh Birthday: 3 March 1998

Unekwuojo Godswill Ameh, popularly known as Kuture, is a Nigerian fashion designer, sailor, marine logistics specialist, and multifaceted creative from Kogi State. The 27-year-old rose to fame as a housemate on the tenth season of the reality TV show Big Brother Naija in 2025, from which he was evicted on September 21, 2025.

Kuture was born on 3rd of March 1998 in Kogi State. He is of the Yoruba tribe and was raised in Lagos with roots in Kogi State, Ameh’s journey is a tale of grit and resilience.

The Nigerian fashion designer achieved great academic success, especially in English and the arts, prior to enrolling in the Maritime Academy, where he received training in sailing and marine logistics.

He is a proud graduate of the Maritime Academy. During his schooling, he received multiple accolades, including being the best English student and best male arts student.

Ameh has faced significant challenges, including seeing his mother’s apartment demolished when he was a teenager. He has cited his passing-out parade from the Maritime Academy as a high point, remembering his mother’s pride and congratulations.

Beyond his career at sea, Ameh is a creative with several side hustles. He is a drummer, fashion designer, and interior decorator. He once appeared as a cultural dancer on the show Goge Africa.

His stage name, Kuture, was self-created to be unique. It was inspired by the term “culture,” but he intentionally changed the spelling to make it his own.

On the BBNaija show, Kuture was known for his charisma, unfiltered energy, and sharp tongue. He describes himself as someone who speaks the truth, a habit that sometimes irritates others. Kuture was evicted from the Big Brother Naija house on September 21, 2025, along with fellow housemate Joanna. His eviction came as a shock to some fans, as he was seen as a strong, unique contender. Kuture has an estimated net worth of of $10,000 (₦15 million naira).
