Maggy Kloset

Marguerite Dieunie Kilama widely known as Maggy Kloset, is a Cameroonian-Canadian entrepreneur and beauty pageant contestant who was born on January 4, 1994. After working in finance, she launched a successful career as a beauty and fashion influencer before creating her own brands.

Early life and education: Born in Cameroon, Kilama later moved to Canada. She graduated in 2015 with a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a specialization in accounting from HEC Montréal.

Business and career: After working for two years in a multinational corporation, Kilama left the corporate world to become an entrepreneur.

YouTube and social media: She started as a beauty and fashion YouTuber, gaining a following for her tips and tutorials. Her YouTube channel and Instagram have helped promote her businesses.

• Personal life:  Maggy is engaged. She has publicly spoken about her fiancé on social media and YouTube, detailing how they met and their relationship; mentioning their outings, special meals she cooks for him, and their travels. She has mentioned preparing traditional Cameroonian meals for her fiancé, such as Mbongo, noting it’s a traditional Bassa’a dish. 

• Kilama met her fiancé during a trip to Miami in late 2022. They began with a long-distance relationship, focusing on getting to know each other personally before becoming engaged two years later. Before meeting her current fiancé, Kilama was in a relationship with entertainer Dexther Timberlake. She announced their breakup in late 2020 via a Facebook post.
