Abisola Ayoola, popularly known as Abi, is a Nigerian model, chef and reality-TV personality who became widely known after joining Big Brother Naija Season 11 in 2026. She is from Osun State and entered the competition as a confident, cheerful personality with interests spanning food, fashion, fitness and languages.

Early life and background

Abisola Ayoola was born on 25 April, 2001 in Osun State, Nigeria, and grew up in Lagos.

Career

Abi has built a career combining fashion modelling and culinary work. Her experience as a model placed her in the entertainment and fashion space, while her work as a chef reflects her passion for cooking and creativity. She has also been described as a “certified scene-stealer,” reflecting her confidence and comfort in front of an audience.

Personality and talents

Abi is known for her lively, confident and cheerful personality. She said that many people around her had encouraged her to pursue television because they felt she was naturally suited to being on screen.

Big Brother Naija Season 11

Abi joined Big Brother Naija Season 11 in July 2026 as one of the 24 original housemates. She explained that she wanted the experience because she believed she was a natural fit for television and wanted the opportunity to entertain viewers while meeting new people.

Her biggest achievement during the competition came in Week 4, when she won the Head of House position. Her victory made her the fourth Head of House of the season and gave her an important leadership role in the house.

Abi’s BBNaija journey ultimately ended on 13 September 2026, when she was evicted alongside fellow housemate Araga during a double eviction. Their departure left 14 housemates competing in the season at that point.

Personal life

Abi is married. Reports during the show revealed that her husband initially had reservations about her decision to participate in BBNaija, although he later accepted her decision.
