Zeze D

Zeze D (popularly known as Zeze the Comedian) is a fast-rising Motswana comedian, content creator, event MC, and self-taught photographer. He has quickly built a strong reputation as one of Botswana’s most entertaining emerging comedic talents. 

Early Life and Background  

Born on March 23, Zeze D is originally from Shakawe, a village located in the Okavango region of northwestern Botswana. 

Education & Early Days

He grew up in the Okavango area, where friends and former schoolmates remember him as a natural entertainer. 

Career & Comedic Style

 Zeze D is widely recognized for delivering his comedy using a distinctive North West Tswana accent, which gives his skits a highly localized, authentic, and hilarious flavor. 

His performances are highly physical; he frequently incorporates energetic, funny dancing and music into his comedic acts and video reels.

Photography & MCing 

Beyond stand-up and digital content creation, Zeze is a skilled, self-taught photographer who is known for snapping portraits for locals around Shakawe. He also works frequently as an event Master of Ceremonies (MC).
